Qualifications and work experience requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting preferred.

  • Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to prove insurability by agency  insurance  carrier.

  • Must possess adequate computer skills and be proficient in spreadsheets. Prefer experience in Microsoft Excel.

  • Must possess needed office skills.

  • Must pass TB risk assessment and physical exam, chemical dependency test, central registry check and criminal record check.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

â–ª  Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sociology,  Social Work,                  Psychology or related field. Work experience in Workforce  Innovation Opportunity Act              (WIOA) employment services a plus.
â–ª  Two years of supervisory experience and two years of financial/program operations                  experience required.
â–ª  Requires general office skills and computer skills including Word and Excel.
â–ª  Knowledge of community resources and programming required.

HEAD START TEACHER AT BELL CENTRAL AND MIDDLESBORO SCHOOL CENTERS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*     Should have an Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education Degree (IECE).
â–ª    Agency prefers, in the absence of an IECE degree, a Probationary IECE                  certificate.
â–ª    Must have, in the absence of an IECE degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary       Education (P-4 or P-5) and willing to obtain IECE certification within
     a time period to be determined on date of hire.
*     Prefer experience working with pre-school children.
*     Must pass a TB skin test, chemical dependency test, physical exam and a
       criminal record check.
*     Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to prove insurability by                   agency insurance carrier and have reliable transportation.
